I used the easy ride feature once, and then for whatever reason it has not worked since, and repeatedly gives me the error attached. I have tried removing and re-registering my card, but I cannot get the error to go away, and it’s blocking me from using the easy ride feature.

Your last journey could not be charged to the selected payment method. Without a valid charge, EasyRide cannot be activated. Please check the stored payment details are up to date or use the usual ticketing process in the app.
