I’m a student from Singapore and just registered for my Swiss Pass.
My purpose is to purchase the Swiss Half Pass for Youths (Annual).

After completing the identity check, I logged into my SBB account on the application.

Allthough I’ve not purchased my Swiss Half Pass yet, it indicates that my SwissPass card has expired or has been blocked.

Could someone kindly advise me on how I can resolve this issue? Thank you.

This is because you do not have yet a SwissPass card. As soon as you will have your SwissPass card, you can connect it and use SwissPass Mobile.

May I confirm that I will receive the SwissPass card automatically once I purchase the Swiss Half-Pass for Youths (annual)?

In addition, will my Swiss Pass card be available in digital form too?

If you are coming to live in Switzerland for a year, we advise you to provide us with an address in Switzerland so that we can deliver the SwissPass card. You can also buy the half-fare travelcard at the airport train station when you arrive in Switzerland.

As soon as the SwissPass card is active, you can add it to the SBB Mobile application.

I’ve just purchased the half-fare travel card online last Friday.

Although I’ve got a postal address in Switzerland, it’ll be easier if I could just collect the Swiss Pass card at a designated location (i.e. train station).
Thus, is it possible to collect my Swiss Pass card at Flughafen Zurich train station directly (instead of delivery by post)?

Only in exceptional cases can it be sent at the ticket office. In your case, the SwissPass card must be sent to an address in Switzerland. After purchase, you have received a transitional SwissPass, with this document, you can already travel at half price.
