I’m a student from Singapore and just registered for my Swiss Pass.
My purpose is to purchase the Swiss Half Pass for Youths (Annual).
After completing the identity check, I logged into my SBB account on the application.
Allthough I’ve not purchased my Swiss Half Pass yet, it indicates that my SwissPass card has expired or has been blocked.
Could someone kindly advise me on how I can resolve this issue? Thank you.
