Construction work at Zurich Airport

I have a flight on 21.03.2020 7 A.M.. However, I find that the Zurich airport is still in construction at that time. May I ask if I still can take a train from Zurich HB to Zurich Flunghafen? Are the trains on the timetable means they are still running?

Normally if you see the Train in the timetable, it means that it will run.
