Swiss Pass Holder Name and Passport Name

Hi,

I have bought a swiss pass from Klook. Just received the pass

The name in my passport is Seng, but the pass putting (Sebg). Also the passport number is A[0000000], but in our case, we have written it as A[0000000]7MYS as the red colour circle below the passport. So is the pass still valid to use? Or can ammend it?

Normally, the name and the passport number have to be the same on the passport and on the Swiss Travel Pass.

I recommend you to send us a copy of your passport and the order number from your Swiss Travel Pass by mail: ticketshop@sbb.ch

We will check your request afterwards.

Hello i have recently purchased a swiss pass online by Klook.com , while typing details by mistake i wrote wrong last name in my wife pass now i want to change her last name on swiss pass . I am stuck with this situation can any one help me what to do ? Will this be problem while activating swiss pass on given date or ticket checker officer will penalty her whiche checking ??
