The SBB Community is a customer to customer support forum, not the SBB Customer Service. We are all volunteers helping customers, and although we are quick in responding, we are not online 24/7. That said, if you purchased the Swiss Travel Pass from Klook, you have to contact Klook, it is your point of sales as a reseller.
I strongly suggest not to purchase from resellers yet from the railway directly.
An amendment of the Swiss Travel Pass is not possible, you have to cancel it and repurchase. The question is, what is wrong? If the entire name is wrong, you have to cancel the pass and repurchase. If there is a typo (up to 3 letters in the entire name), yet the name is still identifiable, you can use your existing pass.
