I bought a ticket that Frankfurt from Interlaken (21.04.2019)
I paid by credit card, but i don’t have a ticket. Based on credit card payment history, payment has been completed.
But they don’t have a ticket for payment. I didn’t get a ticket even by email.
i can’t found ticket anyfolder in email and sbb apps.
I want reservation number or ticket number
Can i see ticket at mail or mobile apps?
