I purchased a Half Fare Card for my upcoming trip to Switzerland and find I am unable to get discounted fares for any trips using the SBB app. My Half Fare Card shows up in My Tickets on the app, but when I try to purchase a ticket, select the stations, date and time, I can pick which route I want and Select Ticket, but the tickets are full fare; the half fare option does not appear. If I try all these steps online at sbb.ch/en I can select the fare discount which allows me to get the half fare. Please help.
