@"MelanieD"#p4924 I am facing with the same issue as well. I do not have a Swiss Bank Account and the online compensation form requires a Swiss Bank Account. How are people from other countries supposed to file for compensation. I have also tried calling + 41 51 225 78 00 number listed above and no one answers the phone. This is very frustrating to deal with the compensation process for no fault of ours. Can Someone at SBB give a clear process and direction to the people from Outside of Switzerland on how we can claim our compensation. Currently the claim compensation process process has gaps and needs to be addressed by SBB. Is there an email who we can write to about this?

@"skatoch74"#p4934 It's been over 48 hrs, since my above request was posted and no one from SBB has responded still. This just shows inefficiencies in the system, and how we as customers have to suffer and bear extra costs for no fault of ours.
