I lost an item and submitted a loss report in-person at a SBB customer service location. I have received an email that I can now pick up my item, but I am no longer in Europe. Since I made the report in-person, I am unable to change the delivery method online.
I have tried calling 011 41 51 278 78 56 and 0848 44 66 88, but I am unable to connect. I am using a mobile phone to call and also tried different phone number prefixes to make an international call. Here are the related posts that I used:
I want to know if I can somehow contact SBB lost and found online to have them deliver my item to Geneva or to USA. I have read that this is probably not possible, but I do not have many options. I do have a relative who will be in Geneva but will leave in 24 hours.
Is there a way to possibly contact SBB online or thru email, instead of calling? Are there any other options?
