Junior card and swiss family card

As a tourist can I buy my kids 6-16 junior card for a year? How can I do it as written will send by post?

I have understood that with swiss half card I can get for free swiss family card for kids 6-16. However, titlis says the free rides only for children wiyh junior card and not with swiss family card. So I would like to buy a junior card

The Junior Card is issued for tourists as paper tickets. You can get it from any railway ticket desk.

However, there is no need to purchase a Junior Card as the Swiss Family Card is an equivalent offer and has the same range of validity as the Junior Card.

Well Titlis website as well as there representative say swiss family card gives no free travel for kids but only junior card.
How can synchronize them with the correct procedure?

Can I buy the junior card also online before coming or only at the desk?

In any case, you can of course buy the Junior Card.

That the Swiss Family Card is not valid sounds very odd and must be a recent change. Because on the booking platform from MySwitzerland.com, it is still statet that the STS gives free admission.

I received a reply from the Titlis customer service. They say in their reply, the Swiss Family Card is valid, provided the children travel with their parents. The parents get a 50% on their tickets with the Swiss Travel Pass.

So, it is as I said in my first reply. Good news for you 🙂
