Lost and found email

Hi SBB,

I filed a lost and found form and not my items were found. But I am back to the US already. So I would need SBB to make an international mail. What email address should I make that request? The lost and found email is no-reply email. Thank you!

Please get in touch with SBB by calling the SBB Contact Center, from the U.S.: 011 41 51 225 78 56 (24/7). Hold the line, someone will answer your call, waiting times may occur. Try to call them after 9 pm Swiss Local Time. Have your lost item report ID ready, as well as your credit card.
