Hei there 🙂 I am trying to a Saver Day Pass but keep getting the error message below. Is there anything I can do to get it resolved? I already tried different browsers and deleting cookies but no luck. Thank you!

I just tried to buy a Saver Day Pass for February 2nd and could have one for 70 Swiss francs, 2nd class, no reduction.
I think that the cheaper ones are sold out. Did you type your name and birthdate under “Enter passengers”?
Please try again later then it might be possible that more Saver Day Passe will be offered for this date later.

Good morning,
Tickets worked for me this morning but I still get the same error message when trying to buy the Swiss Half Fare Card… it allowed me to pay the half-fare rate when buying my tickets, but I still cannot buy the actual card which gives me the special, if I am understanding everything correctly.

I am seeing the same error when booking tickets for Zurich to milan.

How can i resolve this? I’ve tried booking on mac and phone browser.

Yeegoopouss87 If this error is not temporary, we need more information to help you: the date and time of the trip. It is sometimes not possible to buy tickets months in avance, the sales for September are currently not open.

I had a similar issue trying to buy a half-fare card.
My issue was fixed when I wrote my name in “all caps” instead of capitalizing the first letter only, weird I know.
Also make sure your country of residence is populated.
Hope someone finds this helpful

I went around and around today trying to buy a 30-day Half Fare Card, keep getting the “error occurred while processing you enquiry” . Tried mobile phone, computer, 3 different browsers.
Then I came across this recommendation, changed my name to all caps and VIOLA it worked.
