A Supersaver ticket limits you to the train you selected during purchase. For that reason it is not a good choice when arriving by air, as indeed you may miss it if your flight is delayed, and you cannot take an earlier train if you manage to get out earlier.
Saver Day Passes, which allow the use of any public transit in Switzerland however are sometimes a good choice. Alternatively just buy a normal ticket.
