I am trying to get a refund for an international ticket that I bought for the wrong date. I was given a number to call but that number does not work. I have tried both of these numbers:

Can someone please help? I am in the states and can not get to a ticket booth until my trip in May. it is 3 expensive tickets and I would prefer to get a refund before them.
