Hello. I’m trying to sign up for SwissPass, because I want to purchase a Swiss Half Fare Card. I have a login on the SBB app, but I cannot get it to accept my photograph. It keeps saying I need a neutral expression, and after many attempts it times out and I cannot retry. I have a neutral expression, neutral background, a good camera (I tried phone and laptop), and I have tried many times.
I live in Grenoble, France, so I cannot easily get to a Swiss train station to book this. Can you help?
