Is there a SBB Travel Office located at the Geneva airport? Previous advice from the community was to purchase a Junior Card and since this cannot be purchased online, we need to find out where to buy. Secondly, should we be concerned about the train being full since we would only be able to purchase two adult Saver Day passes prior to purchasing the Junior Cards the day before we rode the train?

Yes, there is the SBB Travel Office on the same floor as the arrival hall. Just follow the signs to the train station.

Without knowing the travel time and departure, I am unable to tell you if the train will be busy or not. When you look up the connection, three human icons indicate how busy the public transport service will be.

A ticket, no matter which, does not guarantee a seat as our trains use the free seating approach. If you want to benefit from lower cost, you should purchase the Saver Day Pass as soon as practical. It gets more expensive the longer you wait, or there is a high chance that it is sold out at a given time.

TrainNovice206 Geneva-Airport is the first station on the line and the trains are empty. Unless there is an event or a concert close to the airport, you should easily find seats. Most travelers get on at the next station in the center of the city.
