Yesterday, March 26 at 6 pm I bought 2 Saverday passes for the 29th of Juny, with my SBB-mobile app and payed 122,00 with my Visa creditcard. But still I didn’ t get the confirmation in my email, or the tickets and I don t see any transaction on my Visa app.
In what time will I normally get the confirmation?
