What concerns point-to-point tickets, there is a CHF 10 admin fee for manually submitted refund requests yet not so when done as registered user through the app.
And, is the wrong date a result of the bug we talked before, the customer service shows itself very cooperativ and will elininate the admin fee.
The time change bug is not easy to takle as it concerns certain customers only. Given the popularity of public transportation in Switzerland (you will see yourself while here), hundred tousands of e-tickets are sold every single day. Would everyone purchasing from another time zone face this bug, SBB would be faced with a lot of complaints, which is not the fact.
I know from the constant exchange with my dear colleague @Nicole_B , who is the Digital Success Manager, that the bug is known and a bug fix is in preparation.
