Customer number and adding Swiss Card

Hi, I am very confused. How I can obtain customer number and add Swiss card? I tried different ways but it is like a vicious circle. I get back to the first step.

In order to exactly understand your issue, it is important that you use the right product terms.
A Swiss Card does not exist yet the SwissPass which is for residents, the Swiss Travel Pass, or the Swiss Half Fare Card for example.

I assume you are using the Swiss Half Fare Card. Your question is frequently asked, and it is not difficult to find the answer.

As a first step, simply create a user login following this link, and choose no customer number. Then, you can download the SBB Mobile app and login with the account you created before.
