We had to have a way from Lugano to Varese on 05.05 at 19:06. But Italy had industrial action and our train was cancelled. However, in the morning we asked a cashier about our train and he said that it would be scheduled. In general, we could go only to Stabio station and then a bus was offered for us. But the bus had a way only to Malpensa Aeroporto or Gallarate. But our ticket was to Varese. The driver didn’t speak English at all. It was awful. We were nervous and we spent a lot of time.
My question about how to return part of the cost of our tickets?
I found only the support phone, but it’s unable to call from abroad. Maybe do you know a support email or another way to request to refund?
