On August 9th, I booked a train from Interlaken to Milan (4 people in total)
But there was a problem. I clearly got a message saying that the payment was made on my phone. However, during the payment process, a pop-up window appeared on the website. I remember it saying that the information could not be retrieved.
I checked the error message and checked the ticket.
However, I could not see my train ticket for CHF 246.6 on my PC screen or on the SBB app.
I still haven’t received a payment cancellation message.
No matter how many times I refreshed the website or restarted the app, it didn’t work.
There was clearly an error during the payment process, and I still haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
I searched the website, but I couldn’t find a way to notify the person in charge of this problem.
