I tried to buy a train ticket from Interlaken to Milano on 2024.09.15. A total of CHF246.6 was paid for 4 people. However, an error occurred during the payment process on the website. The amount was paid, but my train ticket is not being viewed. What should I do?

I’m in the United States. I just tried again and it says “The payment could not be finalised. Please check your card details”. I’m not coming until October but I like to pay for stuff a little at a time so I’m not paying it all at once.

Hi, I purchased the ticket in 1st class Bernina Express on 28th of August, from Chur to Pontresina on 8:28 but I can't buy reservation seat through the app and web site. How to purchase a reservation on this train on that time?

I read the manual and in point 2 when i clicked the Bernina Express reservation seat link, set the date on 28th August, there is only reservation for train on 13:34 but I purchased the ticket for the train 8:28 from Chur to Pontresina, what I should do in this case?
