I’m a tourist and a few days ago I lost a small backpack on a train. When I arrived to the Chur station I went to the customer service window and they opened a lost item case for me. I have the document with the case number and so on.
Today I received an email from SBB asking me to provide a picture and additional details to the case, but there’s no link or any place to add them.
Reading through the SBB website it says that once you open a case, you receive an email with a link to edit and update the case. I never received such a link and I think the websites is referring only to cases that were opened online.
How can I see my case and provide the information SBB is asking from me? I’m a little lost.
