SBB website and app. unable to buy tickets

Hi, it appears the website and app is down with regard to ticket purchase. At the point of proceeding to payment, she two day saver passes, I get an error occurred. This commenced yesterday Nov 28th at a round 4pm. Help please

You might want to clear the browser cache. And, make sure your credit card supports 3D secure ID.

no not working, did not get as far as putting card details in. I cleared all recent websites visited, (same thing?), before trying again.

Prior to this failing I had bought two other journeys for the same holiday on a saver day pass, no issue

There is no issue here; imagine, the number of tickets sold per minute in our country, how fast this would escalate if tickets could not be purchased at all or if there was a general issue.

From what country are you accessing the website, please?

Did you try to enter all passenger data in capital letters? This is usually another work-around.

From the UK. in the half hour beforehand I had bought two pairs of day saver passes for the same holiday. All entries except of course the date exactly the same.
I get error code. NTORDER-1 (ID: D/nmBmk)

This is on the sbb app as well

For which date would that be? Full fare or half fare? Let me check if I can reproduce it.

It is for February 15th. it is for 1st class. I have just tried to buy it second class and it has been accepted, at least to payment stage. I do not want 2nd class though!

What if you purchase it through the Shop & Services function? Go to the Shop icon, left from Profile, and choose the Saver Day Pass from there, instead via the trip planner. Just to see, for curiosity…

Success, but at a higher price! 97 not 88 CHF. Looks like the price was moving, but should not have caused disruption for the best part of a day?
