Regretfully I missed my payment (I was not in the country for some months, I didn’t use ebill, entirely my mistake).
I have now paid the invoice for SBB annual renewal of the half fare card. I also paid the fines for late payment.
Its has been 2 weeks since I did this, and my card is still showing as “blocked”
I believe I have now overpaid because on the invoice section of SwissPass it says I am 185 CHF in “my favour”. However, on the pdf invoice, it shows the balance as minus e.g. - 185
I am very confused, and would be grateful for any recommendations for how to get my card unblocked****
