Hello, I have just booked two tickets from Zurich to Milano for me and my daughter. However, I noticed the date of the departure issued is wrong. I made sure several times when I bought the tickets. How can I let the SBB know about this? I live in Japan and cannot call the center because it costs a lot, but I cannot find any email address of SBB. Actually, I experienced tons of errors in this ticket-buying process today. Please help me.
