Specifically, I would like to know if the D-Ticket allows travel using the following transport options on this route:

Tram 8 from Basel SBB to Weil am Rhein
S-Bahn trains S5/S6 from Basel SBB to Weil am Rhein
Regional train RE27 from Basel Badischer Bahnhof to Weil am Rhein
I would greatly appreciate your confirmation regarding the coverage of the Deutschland-Ticket for these means of transport and any additional considerations I should be aware of.

According to the site of SBB GmbH (Germany), this ticket is valid in all RVL zones. You can find a map of these zones here:

The zone 8 includes S6 and RE 702 to Basel SBB, but not Tram 8.
