About cancelling my travel card

Dear SBB,

I will not renew my travel card for the moment. I will renew maybe in May but I am not sure I will really use it.
So, since I will probably, i won’t use it, I didn’t pay the renew. However, today I received a letter by poste in which its requested the payment. Would you please review and cancel the invoice that you are requesting please ?

Please kindly consider two facts:

we are not the SBB Customer Service, we are a support page run by volunteering travel experts. We do not have access to your account and cannot process your request.
when you purchased the travel card, you signed a contract that is renewing automatically; it is clearly stated in the contract and you have set your signature under the conditions stated. Thus you have to respect the contractual conditions & obligations.
If you do not want to make use of your travel card in the future, you have to cancel the contract before the travel card is being renewed, all by respecting the noctification period. Same as with insurances, an apartment rent, a leasing, etc.

Consequently, you have to pay for it for another period otherwise they payment of the invoice will be enforced.

Pay the invoice and cancel the contract in good time.
