Service of luggage porterage - Geneva Cornavin

Is there a porterage service available from train platform and bookable in advance, to collect luggages of a touristic group (from 10 to 49 passengers) arriving by train in Cornavin Station and bring their luggage to the specific location where buses pick up passengers.

Thank you for prompt reply. Is there by any chance an external company that has the authorization to access the platform in order to transfer luggages from the train to the bus outside Cornavin train station?

Do you know where the bus will pick up the passengers? They have perhaps only a small distance to walk. It is impossible to access the platform with a van. If the passengers arrive from France, a customs check may be carried out.

In Switzerland, anyone can access the platforms, even those who do not hold a ticket.

The inexistence of such a service is rather the result of high labour work cost, such a service would not be profitable.

CGS Porter Services is active at Geneva Airport only.

You might want to check options with the Geneva tourism office.

Geneva main station has ramps and escalators. If the travelers have baggages on wheels, they can easily move around.

49 people should be able to move 49 suitcases :-) They will have the luggage with them on the train, and will have to unload the luggage themselves from the train, so they should be able to continue their walk to where their bus will pick them up.
