Refund of the tickets fair

Hello team,

Yesterday 4th June I have traveled to office and the travelled cost was 11.60 francs
How ever I have purchased monthly pass on the same day starting from 4th June the amount have been deducted from my account

Request you to please refund 11.60 to my account as I had a valid pass
