I used the SBB mobile app to attempt to purchase train tickets from Interlaken to Munich HBF. My first attempt got an error. I thought it might have to do with my seat reserverations, so I removed those and tried again, this time successful. But I was actually charged also for my first attempt where the tickets did not show up in the app and an error message was displayed. How can I get a refund? It’s not fair to be charged 2 times for same thing when I didn’t get my tickets for my first attempt.
