Unable to buy tickets for Tirano -> Lugano bus

Hello, I am trying to buy tickets for the Tirano, Stazione to Lugano, Stazione bus on the 14th of August. However, when I select my seats as proceed, I get this error:

Unfortunately your connection is no longer bookable. Please search for a new connection to complete a booking.

Any suggestions?

They are responsible for the management of seat reservations for their operated services.

You should try again, I made a test and seats are still available, but be sure to select the connection with the Bernina Express bus and not another regional train:

Danhiel Hi Danhiel, thanks for the quick reply. I select the seats, specify the passengers, and then press “Configure journey”, but I get this error message. Any suggestions?

I could continue and add the seats to the shopping cart. I suggest to try with another browser. If it doesn’t work, you could also call the Railservice with this number:
