Hi there! I need help please!

I am trying to book 2 tickets from Geneva airport to Montreux to attend the Christmas market one day in December. The website advertises a Christmas ‘n’ Rail Montreux Riviera ticket offering 50% off rail travel, plus 50% off a drink and mug. I have tried to book tickets but it keeps saying there is an error. Help please!

I have been trying to buy my tickets in advance for December 18th for the past 4 weeks and I too have an error. No matter how many times I try It will not allow me to purchase. Was anyone successful in the end? If so how?

Krist You can just buy that ticket at the station the morning of December 9th. There is no need to buy this months in advance.

To get a discount of up to 50% you must buy this ticket in advance.

I made a test and it seems to be possible to buy this offer.

Nausaiphee28 Instead of using my laptop, I used my mobile phone - and it just worked! Maybe try and use a different browser or go incognito? Good luck!
