Supersaver ticket, same-day change

I have a question about the “supersaver ticket.” In case of missing the train, in my case due to a flight delay, it says it’s only valid for the selected date. What does “date” mean? Is it just the selected day, or is it the selected day and time?

If you miss the train departure, as indicated on the ticket, due to a flight delay, your Supersaver ticket becomes invalid.

We strongly recommend not to use Supersaver tickets when arriving by air. The use of a Saver Day Pass is another story, however.

Regarding the “saver day pass,” it seems that with this ticket I can make unlimited trips on the specified day within the designated area until 5:00 AM the following day. I also can’t buy it too far in advance if I’m arriving by plane because it doesn’t allow changes or refunds (in case of date changes by the airline). Can you confirm if this is correct?
Also, if I travel between Bern and Interlaken, which is the “saver day pass” zone, would it allow me to continue to Lauterbrunnen and even beyond? And on the return day, would it cover the entire journey from Interlaken to Geneva?

It is valid as far as Wengen or Mürren yet not higher above.

Simply keep in mind, the Jungfrau area is suffering from overtourism. Be prepared for it.

Yes, when I refer to Lauterbrunnen or beyond, I’m not talking about peaks like the Jungfrau or Schilthorn, which I know are a separate category.
