How do I request refund

I purchased 2 Swiss Half Fare Cards for use when travelling late March 2026 - April 2026. I purchased them from the website, not mobile (I think). I cannot determine how to request a refund. We must cancel our trip. Is there a phone number I can call from the US? I have ticket numbers and order number, etc. Thanks in advance!
