Jimbelien49 I’m having trouble buying train tickets in advance from the US for an upcoming trip on SBB via the website. Credit cards are not working, with an error stating ‘The payment process was rejected by the financial institution. Please repeat the process with a different payment method.’ I’ve tried 2 different US issued credit cards to no avail. I’ve read in forums this may be due to 3D security and a Prepaid Visa or Mastercard may work, But seeking any advice.
