I purchased a ticket through the SBB mobile app and I need to request a refund.
However, I cannot find any refund button or function in the app or on the website, and SBB customer service suggested calling by phone. Since this would require an international call, I would really prefer not to use the phone.
Has anyone successfully requested a refund by email or online contact form only, without calling customer service?
Is there an official email address or proper way to handle refund requests in writing?
