Had purchased Zermatt to Domodossola to Milan for today (Sat 28/03/2026) when Italians ended up striking. Was able to get to Domodosdola without issue but ended up not using the Italy portion of ticket. Link on SSB app to ticket (tren Italia) would not let me cancel it as it was same day. Any way to get a refund as it was purchased by SSB and not used due to strikes?
