In any case, achange of ticket is not possible. A cancellation depends on the ticket type…

My apologies… Order # •••••••••••••.
I read on your website that one needs to by a new ticket - which I did now.
As you will see on the order both journeys are on Monday, 20 April 2026.. which is incorrect.
Could you possibly please help me to refund this order?

You might have missed the fact that we are not the SBB customer service, as stated when opening a new thread:

To cancel an international ticket, please call SBB: +41 51 225 78 56.

Super Sparpreis tickets cannot be canceled at all. They are the cheapest tickets with strings attached.

I saw now the one ticket is : Flexpreis Europa & the other one Super Sparpreis Europa

Your order ID doesn’t help, we can’t see anything. You obviously missed the point that in this Community, you are discussing with other passengers on the public Internet, not with whatever customer service.
