Wrong Seat Assigned

Hello everyone,
When I purchased tickets for my family of 5 and chose our reserved seats for a trip from Interlaken to Milano Centrale, the seat I selected for one of us was change to a different seat in a different cart. How can I get this fixed so we all sit in the seats together that I selected?

If you don’t have 5 seats together, it means that adjacent seats were no more available. Therefore, it is impossible to fix it. Maybe you will find a free seat in the same car, at least for a part of journey.

Hi Danhiel Appreciate the response. However, there were plenty of seats adjacent to the ones we selected. I’ve also checked again, to try and book another ticket just to confirm, and the original seat we selected is still shown as available.

In this case, it could be a bug in the reservation software. You can contact SBB by phone or chat, see at the bottom of this page:
