Large amount reserved on credit card

Hi,

Arrived Geneva airport Thursday 13th of October and purchased two tickets to travel to city center. Tickets were purchased from ticket machine. Total cost CHF 6 (2 x CHF 3). Used Mastercard.
Noticed CHF 69 (!) have been reserved on my card. Is this normal?

RahelW Thank you for the response. The reservation of CHF 69.00 has now been lifted and replaced by an actual charge of CHF 6.00. All good, but still puzzled why an amount 10x had to be reserved on my account. Had me worried during the whole stay in Switzerland and even got me considering blockning my card.
