Swisspass physical card

Hi,

I subscribed to the half-fare travel card on 1st Sep 2022, and I shall receive a physical SwissPASS card by post. However, I previously get a letter from SBB by post saying that due to the lack of chips they can’t deliver the card at this moment. Now it is already Oct 1st 2022, I’d like to know when I will receive my Swisspass card.
