Write here as I can’t reach SBB contact center and when I finally reach them they transfer me between their departments and they hang up the phone.
So I was fined in the train from Zurich to Geneva for not having halfare card even though everywhere in my swisspass account it is written that I have it (I can provide screenshot).
And It was weird that the first controller checked my ticket and said that everything is ok, but the second one 20 minutes after fined me without trying to explain me what’s the problem. I showed to her my swisspass account where it’s written that my swisspass is still working by the end of the year, but she didn’t care.
So help me please what can I do in this situation.
