Milan to Lugano

Hello,

I’m planning to travel from Milan to Lugano by train using Swiss Pass. I have go through the SBB aps and the routes available. This journey combines two different countries. Is it possible?

Meanwhile, if we purchase 15 days Continues Pass (not the flexi one), then we go abroad to Italy few days and come back again to Swiss. The Pass will still valid? Total journey within 15 days..

Yes, Milan is in Italy and Lugano in Switzerland. In this case the Swiss Travel Pass will be valid for Switzerland and if you plan to travel to Italy, you pay the difference from the border to Milan. As soon as you get back in Switzerland, you can use the rest of the Travel Pass. It won’t be valid in Italy.
