How do I add tickets not purchased in the SBB app to my app.

I purchased SBB tickets online from SBB site. I have since downloaded the app and have purchased other tickets we require. How can I add the first couple of tickets I purchased to my app.

The ticket purchase without login cannot be connected with a login afterwards.

RolandP I don’t see why there will be security issue causing by adding the purchased ticket into the account under the same email address. These tickets should even be added automatically after account creation.

Sorry, I misunderstood.
The tickets are available provided you purchased the tickets as a registered user, yet not as a guest. The e-mail is not used as a unique identifier.

But there is no problem as you can view your ticket on your smartphone by using the purchase confirmation e-mail or by simply storing the PDF ticket on your device; with iPhone you can also store to the wallet.
