Can’t find customer number

Hi,
I have a SBB account and purchased Swisspass but I’m can’t sync my SwissPass to SBB mobile app as it keeps asking for my customer number. As I only have the paper PDF, I don’t see a customer number on there. I’ve tried the numbers that are on there with no luck. I wanted to reserve some seats for my upcoming trip interlaken to Lucerne, which I don’t know if I can do if I don’t have the synced SwissPass account.

You cannot add your Swiss Travel Pass to the SBB Mobile app after purchase.

Please refer this problem to your IT division charge of synchronise the website with the android app. Makes no sense whatsoever.

There is no ticket called SwissPass. What does the title of your ticket read, please?

Hello, thank you for the answer . I mean Swiss half fare card but I couldn’t sync to SBB app after I purchased from the link. So I can’t book for the upcoming ticket Zürich to Milan .

Simply choose ‘No customer number’ because you hold a Swiss Travel Pass product, not a SwissPass.

You cannot link the Swiss Half Fare Card with the app.

Thank you for the information. I received the ticket and the QR code from the email. So it mean when I bout the tickets, I just show the QR Code and then just buy right ? The profits are the same ?

You have to declare your half fare, by ticking the half fare checkbox as part of the passenger details. See the setting where you enter the passenger name. See the screenshots in the link above.

We are a customer support forum run by volunteers, not the SBB customer service.

The website and the app are synced, provided you use the same username / password.
The Swiss Half Fare Card for tourists, however, is issued as a ticket. Therefore, the app does not recognise it automatically, as it is the case with travel cards used by residents. You therefore have to set the discount option manually; it is not a big deal as the app will remember your setting.

Please kindly note, politeness is important in our country; approaching someone without greeting might be understood as rude behaviour and people may refrain from offering help.
