Thank you for your question. It depends where you bought it.
Generally, if you boght it online, and if the Swiss Travel Pass is not valid yet, you can ask for a refund: either online or by calling the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min).
If it is already valid, it is only possible by phone: please note we need a confirmation that the pass was/is not used.
