Hi, I have some questions.

I am going to go to Zermatt on April. (from Zurich to Zermatt)

Because of that, I bought a saver day pass.

BUT it doesn’t show my destination. Is it NORMAL?

And the ticket is shown “The saver day pass is valid for travel on GA travelcard area routes in the relevant class”. I don’ t have GA travelcard. Do you know whether I can use ticket or not?

What is GA travelcard are?

I tried to call contact center, but it doesn’t connect well.

Yes it is normal, that there is no destination on your saver day pass. With a saver day pass you can travel in whole Switzerland with the most public transports. So it doesn’t matter if you travel to Zermatt, Geneva or Lugano.

A GA travelcard is a ticket for one year, which is valid on the public transport system of Switzerland. Your saver day pass is valid in the same area like this GA travelcard. You can use your saver day pass for your journey to Zermatt. You don’t need an additional Ticket.
