Waiting for my sub pass for to long

I asked for a new SBB card at Basel-SBB station quite a while ago (2 weeks or so). I was waiting for it for a while now and I was wandering if there was a way to track progress?

Or is the only way to call sbb?

I would prefer not to do this since it is paid.

The easiest way to inquire about the status of your card is by phone. There is no tracking page for this. You can also use the following contact form, but the response time by mail is longer than by phone: https://www.swisspass.ch/contact?lang=en
